The addition of goat milk to our natural body products helps to nourish and keep our skin healthy, radiant and super conditioned. Do you give out free samples? TOP
We are so sorry, but due to an overwhelming request for free samples, over 200 per day, we can now only give out free samples "with orders that are placed from our website". If for any reason you are unhappy with our products we will give you your money back or exchange it for another one of our products!
My friend makes soap in her kitchen, where do you make yours? TOP
All our products are handcrafted by us in a specially designed commercial kitchen, NOT a home kitchen. We DO NOT purchase any "base" formulas from other companies and add a fragrance to it so we can call it our product. We make all of our products from scratch in our own workshop!
I sent a email yesterday, and I have not received an answer. Why? TOP
We have spam filters on our email site to help to eliminate the hundreds of junk emails we receive a day. Sometimes your email will get caught up in this spam filter. We are so sorry this happens, but we had to put a stop to the spam. If you do not receive an answer to your email, please send another. We try to answer each and every one of you!
Do you wholesale your products? TOP
Yes, we do wholesale our products to other retail stores. Click on the "Retail Vendor" link at the top or bottom of the page for more information.
Can I purchase you products in my home town? TOP
Give us a call, on our toll free number 1-877-833-3740, to find out if we have a wholesale customer near you! We are getting more wholesale customers all of the time. Otherwise you can order from us directly on-line, call us toll free to place an order, or visit retail store location in beautiful Glenwood, New Mexico!
Will you ship my order UPS? TOP
We live in a very, very rural area. There are no UPS Shipping Stations, or Fed Ex, RPS, Air Born or any other way to ship besides the United States Postal Service, which has been our choice of shipping since we started this business. We ship all order USPS Priority Mail Insured. We will ship Express, or Overnight at your request.
I want to use my Credit Card, is that possible? TOP
Yes! We take all Credit Cards. We have a secure server for you to use. In the seven years of doing business on the internet, we have never had a security problem with our site. Just be extra careful that the Credit Card information you enter on the order form is correct. We do charge a service charge of $1.00 for a declined card, so double check your info and also be sure your Credit Card will be approved.
Can I pay with a check or money order? TOP
Yes! You may use the printable order form Click HERE to open the Printable Mail In Order Form and send it to us by USPS Mail with a check or money order and we will send your order right out after your check is approved. Please be sure there is money in your account, we charge a $25.00 returned check fee.
What do you do with our information we send you? TOP
We never sell or use your personal information in any other way than to process your order. We have been doing business on the internet for seven years now and have never had a problem or complaint with our secure server or right of privacy of your person information.

No. This answer doesn't even need explaining, and if you send a email like this, you will not receive an answer. We will delete delete delete.
I am highly allergic to everything, my baby is deathly allergic also, will your products be safe for us to use? TOP
We understand people have skin problems but we cannot say what is right for you. We sell handmade body products made with the least amount of chemicals and colorants and paraben-free preservatives we can make. Always do a skin patch test with any product you plan to use, read your labels and do your research on ingredients.
What oils are your soaps made with? TOP
We use a combination of Olive Oil, Palm Oil and Coconut Oil.
What are the ingredients in your goat milk lotions and creams? TOP
Purified Water, Fresh Goat Milk, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Germall Plus, Vitamin E and either Essential Oils, or Skin Safe Fragrance Oils.
Do you ship Internationally? TOP
Yes, we can ship International orders via USPS. For all International Orders we use special envelopes that will hold a maximum of 4 pounds. For Canadian orders shipping rates are $9.00 and for all other countries shipping rates are $11.00.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
