Retail Terms & Agreement

You need to have:

1.) You must provide a retail business license or EIN number at time of application.

2.) Must have a retail store or spa/salon that we feel our product will fit in with.

3.) You may NOT sell Udder Delight's products on the internet nor out of the continental U.S., because this is in direct competition with our web site.

4.) The wholesale price is 35% off on purchases up to $300.00 of retail and 40% off on purchases over $ 301.00 of retail price. A minimum purchase of $200.00 (retail) is required of each order.

5.) You can sell the Udder Delight products for more than the suggested retail price but you can not sell them for less, unless you have a clearance sale to get of excess stock.

6.) You must pay for actual shipping & insurance of cost of items shipped.

7.) All orders must be prepaid in full prior to shipping.

8.) Private labeling is not allowed.

9.) Udder Delight reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any or all retail agreements and any retailer at any time or for any reason. We also reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time for any reason.

10.) You will sell only retail and only out of your location listed on your application.
